To find the support helpdesk email for a deal partner, check the deal page. We list it under the Quick Links section at the bottom of the page. For example, see below example where the Support Email link is clearly labeled:



2) SUPPORT EMAIL IN MY ACCOUNT AREA:

You can always find the contact information for our deal partners on the "Products" page of your RocketHub account. 


Here's a walkthrough of how to do so:


  1. Login to RocketHub 

  2. Select "Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page

  3. Click on the "Products" tile and find the product you need help with

  4. From the "Actions" dropdown to the right of the product, select "Redemption Instructions" 

  5. Scroll towards the bottom of the page to find our partner's support contact under the "Need Help?" section.
