For you to initiate a refund, a refund button is available inside of the Orders section of the My Account page for any purchases made: https://www.rockethub.com/my-account/orders.  

The refund button will only appear if the refund window is still valid. 


After the refund window has expired, the refund button will disappear no refunds are possible thereafter. Absolutely no exceptinos.


While most products will have our standard 30-days refund policy from date or purchase, we may occasionally have a product that has a no-refunds allowed policy. The term(s) on the respective deal page stating the refund window will always apply.
