RocketHub credits are a currency that can only be used on RocketHub. Your RocketHub credit balance can be applied toward the purchase of any of our deal purchases. Occasionally, RocketHub offers physical products like conference tickets, books, or other items that can only be purchased with cash or cash-like equivalents, so credits (and discounts) cannot be applied.
The RocketHub credits exchange rate is 1 RHC = 1 USD, so there's no confusion with purchasing products.
How to View Your Credits?
You can review your RocketHub credit balance easily from within your Account page. To do so:
Login to your RocketHub Account and access the "My Account" area.
In the "Coupons" tile, you'll see your RocketHub credit balance and any other coupons associated with your account.
How to Use Your Credits?
You'll be presented with the option to apply your credit balance to your purchase at checkout (as RocketHub credits are an accepted payment method). If your credits are automatically applied to your purchase but don’t want that, you can unclick the RocketHub credits option from the "Payment Method" section of your cart and you can enter alternative payment information.
While you can use them towards your purchases on RocketHub, credits are not redeemable for cash value.
Do Credits Expire?
Credits expire after 1 year from date of issuance.
