Unfortunately, at RocketHub, refunds are final. Once you submit a refund request and it is approved by our team, the funds leave our account and the redemption code is deactivated.
If the deal has ended, our contract with the partner has expired and we cannot sell any more licenses of the deal. Please be mindful of this when refunding your purchases. We suggest you do a thorough review before asking for a refund as such lifetime deals never come around twice, and never at the same price (always higher).
